Do not trust this company!
Paid for an event 2 years ago. Despite it not happening yet - they do not give a refund . What kind of company keeps your money for two years, doesn’t supply what you pay for and then refuses to give a refund! Disgraceful.

Horrendous company to deal with. Please DO NOT give these people your money. Just read the reviews online, I have never dealt with a company with such crooked morals. AVOID!!!
SR are scammers
I paid a lot of money for Tony Robbins UPW that has continually been cancelled. SR way to handle this is to completely ignore you. No refund, no care factor. SR - shame on you for ripping people off. SR is nothing short of scammers. Tony - shame on you for allowing SR to rip us of and bringing your reputation down. If I could give minus 5 stars I would.

Has anyone else been left out of pocket due to Success Resources not refunding since purchasing over £2k worth of UPW tickets 🎫 Utterly disgusting that they won’t respond and closing the UK outlet so I have nowhere to turn to get someone to discuss this with me. Hence why I am posting here. Sad I know but needs must!! Please contact me directly ASAP.

Success Resources - if I could give you -5 stars I would. I have just submitted a Mοney claim for £1,200 for the UPW event that keeps getting cancelled. Νο response from Success Resources to any of my emails asking for a refund. Shame on you Tony Robbins - this company represents you, too. Shame on you Richard Tan. Shame on anyone who promotes this company and their wares.

For Tony Robbins I had different expectations. Me as many people have purchased the ticket to UPW, Birmingham UK, May 2020 seminar and we are not able to receive money back due to Covid cancelation. Probably he is just after our money... nothing else. Shame to him as I was thinking that he is a honest person, I am very disappointed.
I would be ashamed to be part of this company.
For a company that’s aligned with Tony Robbins - who preaches integrity and treating others honestly and with empathy -this company does the opposite. I purchased tickets two years ago - for $4000 - I still haven’t received what I ordered - due to Covid - but they refuse to give me and many others refunds. DISGUSTING.
Worlds worst company
If I could give this company minus 5 stars I would, I purchased tickets to Tony Robbins in 2019 and have not heard anything since, it was not a couple hundreds pounds spent on this but 2 and a half THOUSAND!! I have not heard from them in months and have went as far as to serve a small courts claim against them, to no response! It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact them. I would honestly consider this company the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life
Dubious Business Practice
I purchased a ticket for Tony Robbins virtual event, and as there was no clear indication that the deluxe event pack was already included, I purchased an additional event pack. Upon 24 hours of the purchase confirmation, I made an online query regarding the additional deluxe event pack. However they refused to provide a refund as "Unfortunately, a refund is not something that we can provide, as once the payment has been processed, the order is fulfilled and actioned immediately." THIS WAS DONE IN LESS THAN 24 hours, so they are magically able to pack and ship the box INTERNATIONALLY within 24 hours. Complete and utter disregard of consumer rights
Very Negative Experience Zero Stars
Unfortunately zero stars are not available for this company. The company is happy to talk to you when you are giving them money. However trying to get a refund is very difficult. I had tickets to a live event which got cancelled (covid) and moved to an online event. As this was not the event I had purchased I sought a refund and was denied so I decided to attend virtually. I tried the event on the first day and activated the 100% money back guarantee. You need to read the ts and cs carefully as it’s a precise process. You have to talk to an event trainer (whose job is to try and make you stay) in a very limited time window, and fill out feedback forms (understandably). You are meant to be returned the full purchase price within 30 business days. Personally I had to follow up with the company and didn’t receive the refund until six months after the event. Even then, they only refunded half. As a multi-million dollar company that promotes some brilliant and successful people, this business has no integrity and I would not purchase through them unless you are certain you will not need any form of after sale assistance or a refund.
Truely terrible experience with Success Resources
Truely terrible experience with Success Resources. Why tonyrobbins.com uses them i don't know. My wife went to UPW virtual in June & the booking, registration process via success resources was a nightmare. I am due a refund which i had to fight & threaten writing public posts to get acceptance for. Now i have been routed via their Singapore office for refund! I was asked to email my card details including CVV for refund on a public email(no encryption)! which i refused. & am continually getting the run around. Be very wary when booking here. They just don't want to give refunds & hope people will go away eventually. Use of Singapore jurisdiction where there is different consumer rights to Europe is very sneaky.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY! I have purchased two tickets for UPW live 2020 but due to covid19 the event has been moved to 2021. I agreed to wait. Unfortunately, they have moved the event again until next year (2022) without an option for refund. This is disgraceful as each customer should be allowed to choose if the alternative dates are suitable and if not, refund should be issued upon request. No one has ever replied to my emails since I've requested a refund. I have dealt with many other events companies and never seen anything like this before. AVOID at all cost!
Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless! I didn't receive my UPW breakthrough box. I could have received it if someone had bothered responding to one of my million emails. Now the event has passed, I want a refund... do I get a helpful response from anyone? NO! I don't think staff are trained, I don't think there is any management either. I have emailed absolutely everyone I could find, but still, no help whatsoever!!!
No support at all should ANYTHING go wrong.
As long as everything goes perfectly, it is fine. The second you need support, they mess up, something because of them means you cannot join the seminar....you get completely ignored. Signed up, few days before, paid and receipt, then on the day nothing seems to work and can't reach them. It's been 3 weeks and 5 emails later and no reply. I have had to go to my bank to try and get the money back. Not even a 'Sorry, please attend the next one' absolutely nothing. Tony Robbins UPW, I loved it (minus some of the selling). Wish he could use a more reputable firm to buy tickets from in the UK. I am just happy it was not an issue with a 5 or 10k course. Never trust these guys with a penny.
I had bougth the Quantum Leap program…
I had bougth the Quantum Leap program for 9500 € in august 2019 i did only two of the programs. then corona came in and the event count not proceed. More than one and half year later i heard that my payment was not received while i had send the proof. Dont buy any programs from succes recourses they are thieves. While i was starting with train the trainer program i was removed from the host. This is an awful company and my worst experience. I would never enter succes recourses agian.
Don’t worry with UPW - waste of time
2 days into the 4day virtual UPW & totally not worth it! The content is dragged out so badly & being sold other TR courses when we haven’t even finished the content of this one is really frustrating & frankly disgusting!! Plus the trainer this morning OMG terrrible. What we have covered in terms of actually content over the last 24hrs (yes 24hrs sat over the last 2 days starring at a screen & day 2 isn’t over yet at 10.30pm), could have been done in 6hrs max it’s ridiculous!! I reckon these 4 days could be done in 1.5-2 days max! I would like my money back!

I Would give 0 stars but had to give one star to be able to writr. I am Sorry to write this but I have tried to solve things with them in a good way, but they just ignore me. They have misinformed me into buying a ticket I could get for free. They then don”t answer my mails when they have messed up my tickets and they do not send the materiale i have payed for. I Will never deal with this Company again.
Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever, wasted 2:30 hours of my time, saying on the email learn how to make profits from £300 to £1200 with a simple strategy, but then didn't learn anything that I already didn't know plus, plus they ask for money in order to obtain the course... I understand that you don't get "how to make money for free", but if the goal of the webinar was to promote people in order to get their money to buy your stuff at least you should say it straightway on the email, it would have saved my time and it would have saved you a bad review as well... Seriously, what a waste of time...
