Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. However, some people mentioned encountering annoying technical glitches during the booking process, such as occasional reservation failures or unexpected website errors. Other reviewers noted occasional frustrations regarding third-party booking limitations, including unexpected stopovers or uncoordinated flight details that required extra attention to resolve.
Trip com is using unethical and by the US law prohibited primitive "hook and switch" advertising lower rates for hotels, then corrupt something in your booking request which the bank system would detect as a fraud and you are trying and trying on both sides to get through. I have a documentary evidence that my booking was rejected for a NY hotel Club Quoters for 23-26 Oct advertised by Trip com for $1,200 by the company which did not go through allegedly that my bank declined my charge, however when I booked the same hotel with much higher price the transaction went immediately through and successfully. A company like this...and using an intelligence insulting gimmicks...avoid at any cost! t.c. (NY)
