The hotel was good. The staff was communicative, they were ready to help you at any time even if the issue was personal. The room was clean and comfortable. We were really appreciate because of bed. It was as convenient as we needed after all day walking. Thank you!

Unfortunately I have experienced a horrible situation, and lost hundreds of dollars/pounds when I booked with them a flight with a connection.
Our first flight got delayed and therefore we missed our second flight. We got none directions from the company on what to do in the situation, and a very poor assistance. Eventually, they were only offering a back a partial amount of the original flight ticket (and didn't help at all to secure another ticket when we were stuck in the airport!). We had to buy a ticket that costed us 4 times the amount of the full original one, and no one wants to assist us further.
Please take my advice.
Never order flight tickets with Trip.com.

Before the ticket was confirmed, I immediately chatted the support to cancel the ticket as it was a mistake.. they said it is now on the process. But later on, the ticket was confirmed and booked. Useless support.
