It was relatively easy to use the booking platform and prices were compatible with other major booking sites. The only thing that was annoying is I was trying to book 2 rooms and it was saying there were 3 rooms left of this type, but the booking failed as the hotel must of removed them at the same time. The money was already pending out of my account. So that was slightly annoying.
