They have a really nice reply but none of it works or is true.
I requested to unsubscribe a week ago from their monthly trickery (that i never signed up for) and still haven't seen an e-mail to finalize cancellation, that they promised.

10th June 2026 UPDATE: This bloody scammer tried to charge USD 28.80 to my card on 2nd June 2026 and still have the bloody cheek to reply to this post pretending to be helpful, genuine and professional! Burn in hell all you scammers out there !

Took a similar mbti test they advertised on Fb and paid USD 0.98 and gave them my email for junks and when the e-mail arrived I click on the link to get my result but there wasn’t any! It’s a scam!! and I didn’t know they secretly added me on a recurring monthly subscription! Yes ! I happen to see it when I click on my profile and scroll all the way down and saw that bloody
subscription I didn’t sign up for.. They are true scumbags ! Zero integrity! so best thing to do is to call your bank to cancel and replace a new card and please block your card first because these scammers will try to suck your money ASAP before u cancel your card! please tell and and share with your family members , loved ones and friends to warn them. I’m sharing this scam on my fb to warn everyone!! What a low life scums they are!! May karma fall on them 10 folds folds for cheating good innocent people.

I did an online IQ test from Facebook for a token sum but then couldn’t access it on the website and noticed that I had inadvertently signed up for a subscription for something like $40 a month. I couldn’t cancel my subscription because I couldn’t access my account! I emailed them immediately to cancel my “subscription” and luckily received an immediate cancellation confirmation. I have a feeling that the response was automated. Seems like a scam to me! Don’t fall for it!

This is a total deception , my wife paid a one off 99pence for the app and made sure she didn’t sign up for the subscription. This unscrupulous business attempted to take out £34.99 as a monthly subscription which my Bank flagged up and which was stopped . Thank you Barclays Bank for identifying this fraudulent transaction. Felt I was robbed of £34.99, but….
After contacting customer support they refunded my monthly subscription, and my bank has blocked them anyway.
Like many others, I completed an IQ assessment for 99p (122 seeing as you ask) didn’t even follow up by reading the report. Then, “behind my back”, they seem to have surreptitiously signed me up for a subscription. Be careful people! But if misled, like me, contact support and you will be refunded.

I was initially disappointed and furious because I took an IQ test on Facebook and agreed to pay a one-time $1 fee for results… then unknowingly was roped into a subscription and billed $39! 😡 But I went tryinnerly.com and complained to the support team. They were super helpful and promptly cancelled the subscription and refunded the $39. Their refund is deposited into my bank today, three days after I contacted them. That response from them is why I give them a good rating.
