first of all, they said the order will take 7-12 days on their website.
and then they emailed me and say it is gonna take 30 days.
I said it is not acceptable and I told them to make the info in their website accurate. Then they said no it is 7 to 12 days but there might be a delay of 30 days!!!!!
and then they said it could take shorter if I pay more for DHL and I did and then they just noticed there is a shortage on the item I ordered which is a lie obviously.
So then the sales representative was so rudee!!!!!!
anyone who wants I can show the emails between us.

I ordered phone case last Feb 2 , 2016 but the item never arrives. I emailed Daisy after a month and said wait for another week., but then again the item never comes. I emailed again and she said she will organise a refund.It's almost 3 months now but no item no refund made.Calling everybody never order from this Dodgy company. They will just get your money,

TVC will not replace a power cord for a scooter that I bought in December. I was sent the insides of a power cord? Really, I have no clue how to open a power cord and replace the wires. I have e-mailed TVC several time with no response. I know TVC is getting my e-mails because I have had correspondence with them before through e-mail.

This is very bad company. I ordered phone case for my Lenovo S856 almost 3 months now but it never arrives.Sent them email messages but Daisy said she will organise refund, but the refund never happened.Calling all our friends from Germany and Australia don't buy anything from this company if you don't want to experience something like this.

Purchase was made on March 21, 2016 from Philippines. They are 5 of us to order different items. Joan Rivas had a bad experience with them before and has posted here. I made an order the apple watch strap it costed $13, I thought it was perfect seen from their site but when I received it was less than I expected. Anyway, the worst part is when we chose HONGKONG POST courier within 30 days to deliver but they used DHL instead and it costed us to pay twice the original courier fee of $13. We were all frustrated. Another thing, they couldn't give out the tracking number right away because they used the DHL, maybe because they we're guilty since it was sent already. Wow they are so incompetent when it comes to customer service. Janry, one of them volunteered to resolve it by refund as promised from their email response but nothing came.

Im a business-owner from Denmark and I've used TVC-mall many times during the last two years. Just like any Chinese company they sometimes send you defective parts (on purpose) just to see if they can get away with it and just like with every Chinese company it takes a lot of arguing to get your money back and usually you have to make a new order, so they have an incentive to refund the defective parts. And so it has been with TVC, until I recently decided to order parts from Denmark instead, because the prices had fallen to level more or less similar to China. And here comes the problem. Because with no incentive of re-orders in the future, TVC-mall dont want to return the money they owe me for defective parts. I've written TWO complaints in here already and some Chinese fellow answered every time and said that they would contact me and sort it out. The first time I waited for three weeks and nothing happened. Then I wrote another review in here and finally my contact, Inna, wrote to me that they would look at it. I agreed to send back the parts and after around 6 weeks she wrote to me that they would refund the money. Now it's been 8 weeks since the last reply and nothing has happened!! Inna will not answer any of my mails or calls on Skype and we are back to where we started, except I spend more of money to send back the defective parts so they could look through it. I know that there are a lot of these complaints about this company on Trustpilot and I also know that some Chinese fellow named Jim og Jack is going to write me here and say that they will contact me, but its highly unlikely that they will ever refund my money for the defective parts they sold me. So my advice is: DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Buy parts locally or you will end up losing your money to some Chinese who think they can do whatever they want, because they're on the other side of the globe in a country where everything goes and nothing is really controlled or regulated properly.

Delivery is on schedule but I of the item, the headset I ordered is defective seems it was not tested or inspected before it was delivered. I will certainly recommend it to my friends.

i really do not recommend this shop. I ordered a display and payed for the 2-4 day shipping. it arrived after more than one week. The display was not working and so i contacted the customer service. They only answered after multiple mails and they asked for a video of the broken product. Again i only got an answer after multiple days and mails because they told me that they have to check. Then they wrote me that i have to send them the display back so they can check better. Now I am again waiting for an answer.... The arrival is over nearly 3 weels ago and there is still no solution.... Very bad shop! I think that they only want youor money without giving you what you payed for!!! :(

The cases we bought we very cheap in price, and we got what we paid for. Can't charge our phones in the case because the charger won't reach. The cases are extremely light and flimsy. Broke mine within a few days. Wouldn't recommend these people for phone cases. The shipping in the other hand was quick and painless.

When I ordered this product, I waited for what felt like forever for it to finally get to me, which was a little frustrating considering how much extra I had to pay for the shipping, but oh well. A bit slow to send my package, I had chosen dhl for quick but expensive delivery (3 days only to France), but it took a week for the package to be deposited at the delivery services. Overall, customer service was present when needed, reactive, and product is perfect, so it a really decent shop I won't hesitate to visit again.

I paid $36 for 2 day shipping via dhl to Canada and my package arrived 10 days later. I installed the new screen, it's a dud. it dies not work. i tested it in 1 more unit i know works and nothing. so basically i paid 140 dupatta for a broken screen that arrived 8 days after it was supposed to. wahooo. service!
