Had a 314ah battery work well for around 11 months. Died randomly with no load or anything happening, dropped straight to 5V (BMS issue). Email to service in Australia was replied to within 2 hrs with a list of things to try to wake the battery. Once I replied with my results (nothing had worked) they apologised and organised a return label, and said the replacement battery would be shipped as soon as I dropped my faulty battery off. Sure enough, within a few hrs of dropping mine off, I had a tracking number for the new one which arrived a few days later. Obviously disappointed about the failure in the first place, but can’t complain or fault the customer service and would purchase through WattCycle again.

Great experience with WattCycle. I ordered a few products and one arrived with a slight defect. WattCycle was able to quickly assist me with the repair and was very helpful along the way. Mihel was great to work with and I will absolutely be back for more and recommend to others.

I had an issue with a new set of batteries that failed prematurely. Mihel quickly helped resolve the issue and arranged for the replacements to be sent out right away.
When the batteries failed, I was concerned that the warranty process would be difficult, but Mihel made the entire experience easy and straightforward.

Customer Service was very responsive. Although it did take several repetitious email exchanges to troubleshoot the issue with my first 48V 50Ah battery, the replacement battery was expeditiously shipped and delivered within 3 days.

One of my WattCycle Trolling Motor 12v 100Ah batteries failed after less than two years of ownership. My email requesting warranty replacement was responded to by Mihel, customer service rep.. Mihel requested the purchase verification info as well as pictures of what the battery was doing, all of which was sent. After review of the info, a replacement battery was shipped and has been received. Mihel kept me informed of the progress and communicated very well in English.

I have had two orders from Watt Cycle. The first order was for 12V 314AMP Hour batteries. ONe of the batteries was cracked when it arrived and it was a hassle getting it replaced. They offered to replace it, but I had to send it back first before they would ship a replacement. The second battery I purchased was supposed to be new but I later found out was used. This bait and switch makes me not trust this company.
I bought on the Watt Cycle website under the "new" listing and not "like new" listing, but the following is what I received from customer service.
"After checking, we have confirmed that the order you purchased is from our "like new" (second-hand) listing. Please rest assured that all battery performance and functions are fully operational."
Update:
They made things right and are sending me a new battery and are letting me keep the old battery.
They have fixed the issue and did way more to make it right than I expected. This makes me change my review entirely. I would definitely buy again.

My experience with the order was a bit tough since the batteries together are quite heavy, and Bulgaria has this law where we need to fill in some documents.

A fast and good WattCycle delivery. I am very satisfied with my experience with WattCycle. I ordered a 16 kWh battery, and it arrived in just 7 days, despite being delivered from around 1,000 km away.

I purchaced two 100 Ah wattcycle mini batteries. I used them for about for several months with no issues. Then both batteries just stopped working. I send and email to wattcycle support and they were excellent. They were quick to respond to my issues. When they could not figure out what was wrong, support just sent me return lables and I ship my bad batteries back through FedX. Wattcycle was quick in sending me 2 new batties. Wattcycle really honors their warranty.

Mihel With Wattcycle took care of me when I started having issues with my battery. Provided me with troubleshooting instructions and then ended up getting me a new replacement battery using the Warranty. Very happy with the customer service provided to me!
