I had a problem with the delivery of my 2 parcels from Canpar.I contacted Support and they got back to me right away .Talia was my contact and she walked me through every step of what was happening with my parcels.When I Explained that Canpar in my area was a poor choice for a carrier and explained why ,she did everything to try to help me sort out the problem.For me it was Amazing to find a company that really wanted to help and Talia went above and beyond my expectations.If WattCycle products are half as good ,I will be a lifetime customer .

I recently ordered from Wattcycle and unfortunately ran into a mix-up where the wrong item was sent to me.
Mistakes happen, but what really matters is how a company handles them—and Wattcycle blew me away with their responsiveness.
I reached out to customer support and connected with Talia via email.
She was absolutely wonderful to work with, her emails were incredibly pleasant, polite, and very helpful from the very first reply.
Instead of making me jump through hoops, she took immediate ownership of the mistake and made sure the issue was corrected right away.
It is rare to find this level of genuine care and efficiency in online customer support these days.
Thanks to Talia’s fantastic help, a frustrating situation was turned into a great experience.

I contacted Watt Cycle because my 1 year old trolling battery would not charge. They offered several possible remedies which unfortunately didn’t work. They sent me a shipping label and once I sent the old battery back, a new one was on the way . I received it and it works perfectly.
The only reason I didn’t give a 5/5 is because I couldn’t reach anyone by phone. Email is the best way to reach support, who was very helpful. It just took a day to get a response, I would try their suggestion, and respond back. The back and forth took several days to diagnose that the battery was faulty.
All in all, it was a pretty good experience, maybe I just need to be more patient.

Have a little problem with one of my battery and Bluetooth app issue, contacted their customer service and gets replied the next day, a customer support rep name Erin was super helpful and resolve the issue very quickly. A++ service for their support and I will continue to purchase batteries from this brand in the future.

My experience with WattCycle has been excellent. I purchased a V2.5 5.12kWh 48V 100Ah Rack LiFePO4 Battery plus Ecoflow adaptor during a recent sale. The purchase process was straightforward and even provided a space for additional info to be added. This battery weighs nearly 42kg - way more than this Little Old Lady can safely manage alone - and could I request assistance on delivery. I received a very prompt response from Erin at Wattcycle explaining I would need to contact the courier once my delivery was assigned to the most suitable. This all went very smoothly with the Allied Express delivery driver helping to unbox the battery and place it on my trolley.
Setting up the battery with my portable power station (PPS) was relatively uncomplicated - a manual was provided and Wattcycle's website provides a Youtube video for safe connection of the cables. There are many videos on YT featuring this combination of a Wattcycle battery working with the Ecoflow PPS.
Communication with WattCycle has to be one of the best experiences I've had with an online business. Huge shout out to the amazing Erin for the very prompt and helpful responses to my many questions.
My only regret is not buying this battery sooner. It would likely have saved me from the loss of about $500 of refrigerated/frozen food items due to an electrical issue while I was away from home for a few days.
I highly recommend Wattcycle if you are looking for great value batteries and excellent customer service (you might even be lucky enough to have Erin to assist you!)

And they arranged delivery to my place in Qld where they usually wouldnt service. Absolute Gold Standard Customer Service – Ask for Talia!I cannot say enough good things about the customer service at WattCycle, specifically Talia. I ordered a 12V 100Ah battery for an upcoming camping trip. ( Lightning fast delivery BTW), only to realize I needed the ultra-mini standard size to fit my power setup. Talia immediately jumped in and made the entire process stress-free. She arranged a completely free return label under shipping protection and is helping me coordinate an exchange seamlessly.To make things even tighter, my wife reminded me that our vacation dates were moved up to this Saturday, leaving us down to the wire. Talia went completely above and beyond, personally promising to follow up with logistics the minute they get in to expedite my new order so it arrives in time. She is incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely cares about her customers. WattCycle has earned a customer for life because of her. 5 stars all the way!

One of the bolts broke off inside the battery. I contacted customer support and sent pictures. They responded that day, provided me a shipping label and I received my new battery within 3-4 days. Melody was very helpful and great to work with.
Love my 12v 314 AH mini that runs my off grid cabin.

I had a battery fail to charge after 1 yr of use. Jennifer and the team at WattCycle walked me through the process to diagnose and try to charge the battery after it would not charge. After several attempts they told me to prepare it for a warranty return and they sent me a shipping label. They were very thorough and easy to work with vial email. WattCycle has a great team and great products. This is the definition of good customer service.

Working with the Watt Cycle team via email has been incredibly easy. They helped me with placing an order and even prioritizing shipping to get it to me when I needed it. The 48V batteries work great for my electric motor and I would absolutely buy them from in the future

Positive experience dealing with Wattcycle customer service
Very good experience dealing with this company. I ordered a 48v golf cart battery and charger. Battery seems great and will hopefully power my golf cart for many years to come. Regarding Wattcycle, after an initial issue regarding delivery, Erin from customer service quickly sorted everything out and went above and beyond to help get my battery and charger to me within a few days. Would happily purchase from them again in the future.

I think this is an ethical company doing their best. I had trouble in the beginning as the battery I purchased from them wouldn’t charge, but it took a lot of back and forth emails over a few weeks for customer service to finally tell me that I needed a charger, that the battery wouldn’t charge through the Ecoflow connection. Fortunately they sent me a free charger to compensate for my trouble. I appreciate their willingness to resolve the situation in a generous way.
