To clarify, our annual plan is offered at a lower overall cost for long-term users, while the monthly plan provides flexibility for those who prefer a shorter commitment. As mentioned previously, our refund policy does not apply once the data has been accessed and exported, as the product involves the delivery of digital, non-returnable data. In your case, 53 reports were downloaded, which unfortunately places the request outside of this policy. That said, we’re more than happy to review the discrepancies you’ve mentioned if you can share specific details, and our team remains available to help you get the most value from the platform.
