Boguth a £650 scooter reduced thinking it was promotional, turns out it doesn't do 28 miles at all. It does 10 and you have to push a heavy scooter home. I was ripped off big time. No reply through email either yet. Very slow replies at all! Second scooter I've bought. And the last one me and my friends and family will purchase from aovo. I will be making a YouTube video about the issue.
Not only that, I ordered it to take camping holiday, it came when I arrived back from holiday, so coming late I didn't even get to use it with my daughter. Really ashamed on aovo.
I recently ordered my Son a scooter, but I ordered the wrong one. Once my Son 'politely' informed me about the mistake I had made, I reached out to Aovopro about getting a refund. They were great. Fast, efficient, no issues. They understood I had made a mistake and were very accommodating in giving me a refund so I could get the scooter my Son wanted. Great customer service, thank you.
DO NOT BUY, items are dangerous. Had a scooter for only 9 months and the wheel and handlebar have fallen off the scooter, look like they have been sheared off. This happened whilst it was in use causing severe facial and head wounds. Lots of parts needed replacing since buying it. Customer service is horrendous, no care for anyone. Offered to send a replacement part but I want a refund. Will NEVER use this company again. I can provide photos.

Worst customer service ever exist on the planet they take ages to respond to your emails. I bought scooter last year and there was a problem with the scooter so they told me to return it back to us and we will repair it . And now its almost more than six months waiting for my scooter but no response . At the end i would say dont waste your money on these avopro scooters .
Perfect, my 2022 model goes up to 22-23mph. But the only downfall is the screws get rusty on the bottom of the board, meaning you cannot unscrew and open it..
I bought my ESBS scooter that says it can do about 40km, and it is doing 12km, I have been trying to solve this problem since January, and I still haven't managed it, the support is horrible and they are not professional, they take a long time to respond, and it has been about 3 weeks since they answered me anymore, and they haven't solved my problem, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY, IT IS CRAP, when it comes to selling they are fast but when there is a problem they don't solve it.
I bought the produkt and got it within 3 days but then I had problems with the scooter and they asked me to send it back and I have sent it and now they are saying that I didnt send it and they wont replace the scooter and stopped answering horrible experience I hope this helps other buyers from not buying avoid at all cost thanks
Avoid if you hope for warranty repairs. My engine broke down in the first five months, and the repair service recognised it as an error from the factory. I was promised a repair five months ago. They completely stopped responding to messages after the third month, and I have to use legal means just to hope to receive something back. The scooters aren't that bad for the price, but if they break even within the first month, you can throw them into the trash.

I deeply regret purchasing the AOVO G63 electric scooter. The product is completely defective, and the company’s customer service is just as bad.
🔴 Major Issues:
Speed Limitation – Despite being advertised as a dual 1200W motor scooter, it barely reaches 20 km/h, making it useless for a high-performance ride.
Non-Functional Gears – Gears 1 & 2 do not work at all, forcing me to use Gear 3, which still doesn't perform as expected.
Warped Brake Discs – The brakes are noisy and unsafe, showing clear signs of poor manufacturing.
Battery Lock Defect – The battery doesn’t secure properly, making the ride unstable and dangerous.
🔴 Horrible Customer Service:
After reporting the issues, the company responded slowly and unprofessionally.
They offered a replacement but never sent it, and now they expect me to pay insanely high return shipping costs for their faulty product.
They are completely unresponsive and avoid taking responsibility for their terrible product.
🚨 Final Verdict: DO NOT waste your money on this overpriced and unreliable scooter. AOVO sells defective products and refuses to support their customers. I will never buy from them again, and I strongly recommend you look for a more reputable brand instead.

I bought a scooter one year back. They sent me the item after 2 weeks. I used it for one year and 1 month then now the electric panel monitor, the hinges of the handle, the motor wheel stopped working. I had an accident because the motor wheel at the front stopped suddenly causing my fall towards front.
I kept of emailing them many times they sent me the monitors in 15 days but the main thing is the motor wheel which I need to move from one place to another, they did not sent me. Its been more than a month now. I kept on messing them on the chat bot they have on their official web site, even though I message them on their hong kong working hours, they are ignoring me since one month. I kept emailing them many times like 5 times a week requesting them to send me the motor wheel as I have the warranty, but still they are ignoring my emails as well. I will request everyone please don’t buy their scooters. I am going to complain to nearest police station about this against their working station in Ipswich.
They are not very customer friendly. Even though you buy next you don’t know what will happen to your scooter. Anything happens they are not going to respond.
I ordered a scooter and it was here in 2 days, very simple to build when it arrived.
I have had it about a week at this point and used it quite a bit to goto work and back (about 3 miles each day) and so far it's been a really good scooter so I would recommend.
