Quinten, the delay was bad enough; being told twice that an update was coming and then not getting one is the part we'd want back. You shouldn't have had to chase it as far as a cancellation. The refund went through the same day you asked and should be with you by now. Sorry it ended without the bracelet — if you'd like to give us another go at some point, get in touch and we'll make sure it runs properly.

It only took 4 days to received my new Navy CTS strap for my Speedmaster Professional. I was anxious at first at cutting the rubber strap but it turned out to be a breeze and the micro adjustment on the clasp was really useful. The quality felt premium. Even my wife gave it a compliment . Highly recommend it.

Ordered a 'light' grey strap with them, it looked light grey on their website but when i recieved the strap it is not even close to light grey. Their colors don't match or they send the wrong one.
After sending 2 emails to their customer service to ask for a refund they don't even bother to reply on your mails. (mails are send 8 days ago)
Don't do business with these guys, especially when you're from Europe. You have plenty better shops to order straps from.

We're sorry the strap wasn't what you were expecting. Nubuck is a natural
leather and its tone shifts between hides and under different lighting and
screens, but that doesn't make it any less disappointing when it arrives and isn't what you pictured.
The bigger problem is that your emails never reached our inbox. That's our failure to be reachable, not yours to chase, and we're looking into where they went.

I recently purchased three watch straps from Delugs and ended up having to exchange them for a size smaller. I worked with Renz and the team to facilitate the return and purchase of the new straps. Upon going to a Tag Heuer store locally, the manager recommended Delugs for my discontinues Aqua-racer. I found the rubber band i wanted and ordered it. They said we are back stocked until June, now its going to be July until they ship it. Awful experience.

I love it!! I ordered the baby blue CTS intergrated for speedmaster 42mm. Wish the blue is a bit lighter but this is awesome! I enjoyed the soft rubber as well as the mosaic clasp, which is tactile and tight

I had a great experience at Delugs at the Raffles location with Jeff. I loved the combination we came up with for my Wimbledon 36mm - crisp color match with the emerald band, although I wish I could've had a waffle or mosaic pattern on the Emerald band to give it a little extra flare.
Honestly, from start to finish, it was a great showcase of the product - from learning about the brand, to style / color selection, to seeing the in-store customization with the croc skin and clasps, to checking out the Ming partnership and a seamless product purchase process. Really everything you want to geek out on as someone who appreciates supply chain, story and watchmaking.
