I have s88 for just 6months and after updating the phone system, the volume of the sound is low.. and buzzing.. don't buy doogee phone.. it's crap.. not worth it. And for the water proof it's not water proof..it's not worth it to buy...

I have contacted them through email and messenger and no reply on my order. Very disappointed and diacouraged. All i want is tracking information or if it hasnt been shipped in 2 week just to get my money back. Ordered it from doogee.cc. try to avoid if you can I had to cuz I wanted the s86. And Amazon didnt have it at the moment.

lost order - take money for nothing basicly

I did order on 1st of april 2021 a phone and a smart watch. That was my life bigest mistake i trust doogee. I strongly recommended to do NOT order anything from doogee.cc Since that its awaiting for shipment. The order status do not change the last 40 days! I did write to doogee facebook, email address and website plenty massege. They do not answer anything, I did pay a lot of money, i put trust into this company, And now over a month ago really looks like i just loose my money. I read more and more negative comment about them here, I am disapointed and i do not know ever i going to get my order them:( Big company they can just take your money like that? No communication. No phone, No Money. This is absolut disaster

Without honour

I just spent over an hour of my day, yet more of my time wasted, contacting GearBest and Amazon. I have no response yet from GearBest, because they're also Chinese, but hopefully they will do better than DooGee and not just completely ignore my complaint for weeks on end. Amazon were extremely understanding and helpful. They have refunded my second purchase, sending me a gift card, so that I have the money to buy a replacement phone and then send this faulty S88 Pro back to Amazon. I had to pay an addtional 65 pounds because I originally bought the phone on special offer. How incredibly special that offer was! I've bought a Ulefone instead, because I will never purchase another DooGee product. The idea of having to send this S88 Pro to China and spend another five months sending emails that go ignored, to be given excuses and false promises made me want to end my life. I suspect, having read other comments, that they would not have bothered recieving my package and it would have been sent back months later, unrepaired. So now I am just waiting on DooGee to actually honour their promise that they will be sending me a new phone from China. However, that offer was supposed to be 'within the week'. That was last week. Imagine how happy I am to have ZERO communication about it, yet again. I've also spent some time changing every password that is currently tied to that phone in Poland, since DooGee couldn't even factory reset the phone they're abducting, despite saying they would. I really cannot believe I have found myself in a situation where a company has taken away my goods and will not return them. Maybe BREXIT really has made it impossible, the UK government are a bunch of clowns, but that does not prevent someone from reading and answering an email. That does not force a company to make promises and then break them. That does not prevent a company from doing something as simple as sharing a postal address! I'm really sad, because before some idiot stole my S90, my opinion of DooGee was extremely good. That phone was superb. But now I've seen behind the curtain, it is obvious customer support is a complete joke and actually the quality of manufacture varies from good to utterly appalling, presumably because there's no quality control, because they just don't care... So how about it DooGee? Where's this new phone you promised to send me last week (ten days ago)?

Bought my first Doogee S60 in 2017 on…

Bought my first Doogee S60 (6g/64g) in 2017 on a trip overseas. I was at a resort that had alot of vacationing Russian families. I kept noticing few husbands had same phone, after a week I'd heard ones wife ordering lunch in perfect English. I asked her... "Why do I see your husband's phone (doogee S60) often here?"... she answered he's in special forces military, they are provided to them, further conversation (wife translating for husband), he highly recommended phone and he threw it on the tile floor and then jumped on it. Needless to say I googled the doogee & researched it heavily. Gobsmacked at features, speed, connectivity, durability (I'd show it off to friends often, throw it on floor, against walls, take it swimming in ocean, couldn't kill it) bloody incredible phone. Near 3 yrs later in 2020 I had a shop replace the battery with a generic, big mistake, the shop destroyed it. Anyway, upon research I found they released the S88 (6g/128g) Happily have the Doogee S88 now since July 2020 and it's bloody Brilliant, I won't change brands. I'm 110% confident in the Brand and I recommend Doogee to any Tradie friends.

How can you leave a 0 star experience Still not sorted my phone out . Requested to send it back to them for repair , no reply . Took to several phone shops now they opening after lockdown and none of them understand what the part is that was sent out .

I will never buy DooGee again

Nineteen weeks and four days since I made the mistake of sending my phone to DooGee for repair. I am never getting it back. DooGee claim that due to BREXIT they are unable to post anything to the UK from Poland! Despite the fact I've pointed out multiple times that my phone has NOT been factory reset and is still connected to my email, they have not wiped it. After weeks of being completely ignored, they offered to send me a video of the phone, reset. This has not happened. They offered me a new phone, sent from China. I accepted. Unsurprisingly, this hasn't happened. How they can claim they cannot afford to post things from Poland but they can send a new phone from China is completely beyond me. I have had promises that they are going to arrange warranty repairs from within the UK. This hasn't happened. I've been told if I want my other phone repaired under warranty, I'll have to send it to China. I ask for the address, no one answers. So I have wasted nineteen weeks, almost five MONTHS emailing DooGee, they have made all kinds of claims and various offers and not one of them has been honoured. All I have been given are excuses and falsehoods. I've got one phone being held hostage in Poland and the other (replacement) cannot be repaired under warranty because NO ONE will give me the information I need to be able to send it. To say I am disappointed doesn't even begin to cover the anger and frustration I am feeling towards this company!!!!!

Don't buy one.

Don't buy one. My Doogee seemed like a bargain,almost too good to be true. It was,and it is badly let down by a few important things. 1 The speaker is very low quality,vibrates and distorts sound. 2 The Sat nav does not work. 3 The volume regularly turns itself down and won't turn back up unless reset first. The battery is good,it's as rugged as described but cheaply built and finished badly and it was faulty from new. You get what you pay for in this life.

Buyer be aware

I own the Doogee S68 Pro for over a year. The battery keeps a great charge. The C connector has failed. I can only charge it wireless. My problem is I ordered 3 new Doogee S96 Pro for two friends and myself. The company has back ordered and delayed and delayed...When I ordered them I was told they had lots of stock. I was offered 3 S58 pro or lower grade for what I paid. Not happy Doogee.Not happy. as of yesterday. One Phone is in the process of being shipped. If I had to do over, I'd get a different brand.

Super Brand Doogee

Doogee is awesome brand From Shoot 1 to S40 Lite to S40 to Y8 to X95 Then now N20 i can boldly say Doogee is best by far! I can't wait to take S96Pro the beast If you're not buying Doogee then you are wasting money. Get value of your money buy doogee !
