Hello David, I apologize that you had issues with the delivery of your contact lenses. When you reported that you did not receive the lenses, we opened an investigation with USPS since the package was stuck in transit. We also had the lenses reordered for you to avoid further delays. The replacement had already shipped by the time you requested to cancel the order and receive a refund.
