Hey there, The subscription is cancelled automatically and instantly after clicking the easy "Cancel Subscription" button found in "My Account". You can also remove your credit card from the Payments Tab, or simply email us to cancel it for you. Any of these ways are accepted and upon cancelling, you will not be charged again. Unfortunately, you did none of these prior to renewal and thus were charged accurately based on the billing agreement you chose. An email was sent out 10 days prior to your renewal stating that you would need to cancel if you did not wish to be charged. You can also view My Account > Subscription where it states the renewal period, billing terms and your payment methods. Our Terms of Service are clear and we are very upfront and honest about our policies. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so prior to renewal as we do not issue refunds once the charge has been completed. Thanks

You can end your subscription at any time with 1 click on the "Cancel Subscription" under My Account. With over 9 years with PayPal and tens of thousands of active subscriptions, I can assure you - we have not been "cut off". Had you simply cancelled prior to renewal, you would not have been charged. Hey there, As you were shown in your support ticket with timestamp logs, you successfully removed your credit card AFTER your subscription had already renewed. You were then able to cancel your subscription immediately after renewal when you admitted that you "forgot" it was a subscription and the payment had already been processed. As per our clear Terms of Service, you must cancel your subscription prior to renewal by simply clicking the "Cancel" button in My Account. After 9 years in business, over 1 million subscriptions and thousands of signups and cancellations monthly - I can assure you, we are not a "scam". You simply did not cancel prior to renewal and were charged accurately based on the billing agreement you chose. Thanks for your understanding.

Hey Kenneth, Sorry to hear you are having issues with your license key, but I am more than happy to help. I just checked your lifetime license key and it says it is active. Please check that your firewall is not blocking the connection and that it is not currently bound to a different PC you may have used in the past.
