My crowdfunding experience with NSS
For my crowdfunding campaign, I was looking into several 3PLs - and to be honest, none of them was super convincing. I ended up with NSS even though I had a few doubts because of some quite bad reviews. I wanted to share my overall good experience so others might struggle less :-) Pro: - Their system is quite nice and easy to use and I discovered no bugs. I got a 45min system tour from one of their agents. Products (SKUs) could be set up easily. Export of transaction for company tax purposes was good. - The shipping price estimates were close to what I paid in the end. Pricing was overall fair in comparison. - The shipments went out fast, were traceable, were roughly within the promised timeline (some much faster, other a few days longer) - Out of 200 packages we had not a single lost package. When in doubt, we received pictures and eventually everyone got their product. - The website support was fast and in general ok. Communication was not always perfectly clear though. My account manager Alex was quite good. Con: - Pricing was not fully transparent. We had some extra boxes and there was a 0.2 USD extra handling charge which was not well explained. But clearly that was not a huge issue. - Transparency about pro / con of shipping lines and the taxation as well as the risk of rejection at customs was not given very well. - They work with a prepaid balance system for the charges. We transferred with significant buffer to make sure we can ship on time. For the remaining balance after the campaign to be refunded, it took like 6 weeks or so. But we received the funds in the end. So overall - I would definitely recommend NSS! Is everything perfect? Not quite, but they got the job done and we had a successful campaign. Probably one of the best you can find on the local market and I believe they are working hard to become even better.

Fast and affordable services. Efficient handing of the goods. Customer team offers quick response. Every step of the way was well documented. The parcels arrived fast in good condition. The goods arrived in very good packaging materials, meaning no damage! We will use this company again in the future!
Freakin awesome fulfillment service
Freakin awesome fulfillment service! =) So I've been using NextSmartShip for over, i want to say, 3 years now and basically they make my crowdfunding campaign possible. - It's super easy to get my products to their warehouse (just follow their instructions). - They store all my products at a very fair price - Their shipping interface system is very easy to use (even i can use it). - Their customer service is top-notch and super friendly and helpful. (shoutout to Victor and Alex and the team who has to deal with me whenever I have an issue). - They also have great shipping rates too (even with the stupid 2025 tariffs). Yeah, i totally recommended them if you need a fulfillment service! =) Chris

They contacted me only a day after I reached out, I liked the quick response. In the meantime, I really liked the explanation videos, where everything gets explained step by step so I knew what I was getting into. the people I had contact with were really nice and did a great job with handing my package when it was reviewed and made ready for shipping it to my end location. I can only recommend it.
Great service, even better OMS!
David has guided me through a lot of questions since the beginning. What a great guy! Nextsmartship OMS seems perfect at the moment - receiving orders, managing listings, products and inventory - everything just works great. If any problems rise up - the client support is pretty much always there and quick with responses.
Been using NSS since 2023
Been using NSS since 2023 - they helped me when i was doing 20 orders a month and now im doing 40 orders a day. i recommend them to all my ecom mates. customer service is fast and orders are fulfilled reliably shoutout to victor on the support team, hes the GOAT
Helpful support, but shipping issues continue
Since the start, we've had huge problems with the shipping costs being 20–30% higher than the calculations we received before shipping the bulk to them. We even sent our products to them to get accurate dimensions and shipping costs. This has definitely ruined all of our calculations on selling price, margins, etc. I believe they are doing as well as they can, and the customer support is easy to get in touch with and to schedule meetings with your sales representative. Unfortunately, since we started working with them, nothing has gone well. I really hope things will start working better soon. UPDATE: After a few weeks we managed to solve the packaging issue and get the shipping cost down. As of right now it is working better.
They destroyed all my products
They destroyed all my products, only notifying me with a spam automated email because I owed 5 USD. Not reliable.

Awful service
Awful service. Slow shipping, and they ship broken items. Support is only good at the beginning then it's like speaking to robots. AVOID IT. It's a trape

This service is very slow and…
This service is very slow and unreliable. It can take 3 days from item to be sent after it has been received at the warehouse. Then the shipping time from Shenzhen to the UK is 10-12 days even if you pay for the expedited service. You cannot plan your business as the price of fulfilment can double or treble overnight and what you get charged bears no resemblance to what you get quoted on the app

NextSmartShip have been incredible
NextSmartShip have been incredible with my start-up business. I had a direct advisor at NSS who helped onboard and ship my first batch of bulk orders to my customers globally really quickly and efficiently. I am incredibly impressed and I highly recommend them. For context, I am based in the UK and a lot of my customers are based in the US and using NSS was amazing at simplifying my supply chain. Huge thank you!!
I bankrupted because of Nextsmartship
I did a Kickstarter campaign to sell boardgames. When I first contacted them they sent me a pricelist based on excel. After contracting them, when my stock was already at their warehouse, the prices significantly increased, more than doubled in some cases. They were blaming it on Oct 7th, but after that, throughout entire 2024 the logistic prices went down and mine were only going down by a small percentage after I was complaining. But overall the prices kept increasing and not following any logic. They were claiming it was their suppliers that were increasing them but didn't make any sense. They also changed their US provider somewhere towards the end of Q4 to some Piggyship company or whatsoever that was dropping the packages in wrong places and didn't have a way to contact him. Last, but not least, for the last 6 months I've had 30 pieces on transit and they have no clue where they are, so I'm considering them lost by now. I shut down the business, it was not viable to spend 60% of my Gross Margin on delivery costs.

Overall solid experience so far
overall solid experience so far - they onboarded us and executed shipment of 800 orders to the US very quickly with tight deadlines. Pricing was reasonable and consistent. They did lose a unit of my product but reimbursed me for it. Customer service is pretty responsive ~ although some agents are better than others. There are some small things that I would like to see improved but nothing major.
