Avoid Pink Laura at all cost!!
I wish I had done more research before purchasing from Pink Laura. Not only has it been 3 weeks since I placed the order, the utter lack of customer support throughout the process has been absolutely terrible. I cannot stress enough to avoid purchasing anything from this site. I even paid for expedited shipping and my order was not even shipped until almost 2 weeks of ordering. The tracking they provide is all in Chinese and they will not provide any insights into its status. Never purchase anything from this site!
Non existent customer service and rubbish return policy
Ordered 2 x XL dresses. 1 fit perfectly the other was completely smaller sized. Requested address for return and full refund as the item was also very different to one advertised. Was advised “ To make up for this, we are willing to refund you 10% of the price of the black skirt, so that the actual cost of keeping the black skirt is much less than returning it, after all, you need to bear 70% of the shipping cost of the total amount of the goods”. Have lodged a dispute through PayPal to try and obtain refund. They do not have anything on their website to advise exorbitant costs involved for return of items requiring refund or return. Looks like I am another person who fell for their scam website and lost money
Terrible customer service
I will never order from this company again. I ordered 2 shirts and the sizing and quality was awful. It took forever to receive them and I just got the run around and was told I had to pay for the return postage which would be more than the cost of the shirts. Terrible customer service.

I would give them a -star if I could! Size run smaller and when you try to return, they give you the run around! Ladies, you can find the same outfits cheaper on Amazon and you can return with no hassle and for free.

I paid express postage it took over two weeks. The dresses came nothing like what was in the pictures, dodgiest dresses ever, people have said they are from Shein. I have sent several requests to get a refund and they won’t reply to any of my emails and messenger. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DODGY COMPANY

Ordered 17th Nov and still nothing. Can't access the tracking site, and sent an email that can't be sent to their support email...after reading reviews, 94% one star,. Feeling very nervous about what I'll get, if anything. Paid with PayPal tho, hoping I get my money back still. Have set up a complaint with PayPal and told to wait longer. And it says PinkLaura Australia, yet the site is in China, a place I won't shop from anymore if I can help it...seriously dodgy all round

One items was damaged and the other two items were nothing like advertised, then when i asked for a refund, i have been given the run around and eventually offered 10% back!!! This site is a SCAM

I would highly suggest not ordering from this company. The clothes are not what you see on social media or their website. I am in the middle of trying to receive a refund, which is a fight. Horrible material, jeans are very thin, the sweater I ordered is like a huge blanket, very poorly made. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

horrible company. If you want to return your items they will not give you an address for returns until they negotiate a refund which I am told I should accept. I paid over $200 (Stupid Mistake) and am being told they could refund me 10% of what I paid because the rest has to used for shipping the return. Excuse me?? that is absolutely insane!!! A complete rip off. I am kicking myself for being scammed this badly. The quality of the items are sketchy. I tried on one of the shirts and immediate started itching. It was concerning. I have never experienced anything like this before. Had to shower to get the itching to stop. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Cheap nasty material that smells. Dresses are not as vibrant as website in fact a bit pixelated. Am currently trying to get a refund but they are making it extremely difficult. Stay away from this website there are better ones to buy from. Don’t recommend at all.

I ordered 2 long sleeve tee shirts i saw on fb. Got them on sale,pd 45.00 for both. I was excited .I've been looking for this type of shirt for a long time.it took a long time for me to receive a black medium(i wish) jumpsuit that stunk so bad I threw it out. I placed 3 orders back in September 2024 Still have not received my orders. I emailed them, the first email they blocked me, the second email they said it was delivered. I never received my packages. They told me to go to my local post office I went to 3 ones, nothing is there. They also have the wrong zip code, they are giving me a very hard time. I told them I want my credit card refunded back. The last email as of this morning November 25-2024 they told me that I should be understanding!!!!!!!!!! I’m out $120 this is ridiculous ! I am calling my credit card company today!!!!!! I’m furious
Pink Laura Dress - HORRIBLE quality
The dresses arrived. I unpacked them. They were made of the cheapest polyester fabric that gets static and clings. The fabric pattern was super cheap looking too which you can’t enlarge on their website to view close enough. HORRIBLE quality. Put me off buying any clothes online ever again.
