I had been extremely frustrated with the support team. Kartik really helped out, he was able to communicate properly and resolve the issue. I would have rated 5 stars for Kartik alone but rest of the team badly needs to improve.

Finally!

Finally!! My issue is solved by Himanshu. There was a problem in dough making and the rotimatic was not making dough and today with Himanshu's knowledge and patience my problem is solved.

Great Team, Need improvements on Apps

I worked with Himanshu from their technical support team. He was great help getting my machine back-up & running. Worked diligently & patiently with me to fix the machine given the challenge that Rotimatic app was unable to let us get on a Video call. I would also like to call Rotimatic team to find a fix to their App for connecting with people, while they do have a video cal option however that needs some fix.

Initially I had difficulty in getting support, since most of the interaction was them sending some videos and expecting us to self troubleshoot. None of the suggestions worked. After a week or so I received a meeting invite from a qualified tech and he fixed it remotely in less than one an hour while I was on call with him.

Very poor service communication for…

Very poor service communication for last several weeks until the last person Karan from the service team (he was great), who was able to help and resolve the issue, but after several weeks past with overall very very poor support. It is the product itself and the service. Wifi still runs on 2.5 Hz and not on current most updated frequency, so I had to have two smart phone to work with mobile hotspot to even communicate with my Rotimatic. This was very frustrating experience for a computor novice. Then chat communication is very very problemtic since lot of service personnel is in India and with time it is very difficult to get hold of any body in proper time. I must have had 5-8 customer service people sending me message at night and very poorly could establish communication with them. Call back appointment schedule is worthless since they never call you on the time during the confirmed appointment time. I would not recommend to buy this gadget - for this price. There is no toll free service number to call and speak to somebody and ask for help. To really make this experience a positive experience they need to revamp this service protocol, but the product is of marginal quality as far as the Roti production is concerned !

Good product

Good product; Easy to use and solves a major challenge of preparing rotis. Minor technical issues with quality of roti preperation do happen at times but the customer care is very helpful.

We are a happy buyers of second hand rotimatic, 2017 model. And we have no regrets for buying this intelligent machine that has made our lives so easy and convenient. It really does the job even after 4 years of regular use. It comes with wifi chat support which is amazing as the team always work at our disposal whenever we have some issue with it.Definitely a worth buy!!

Rotimatic is an amazing invention

Rotimatic is an amazing invention. Solved the problem of making fresh rotis at the click of a button whenever you want to eat. Every now and then there will be issues (after all it is a machine) but customer service is always helpful to resolve them.

Rotimatic has made my life very easy

3 Years per machine!

Rotimatic is a great idea and invention. While i enjoyed the machine it is pretty much limited to a 3 years performance on an average. The company itself do not sell any extended warranty past 3 years and once the machine is out of warranty you get some terrible customer service, pretty much the answer is to buy a new machine. So, it is simple whatever money you are going to spend on it, will give you Roti convenience for 3 years.

Fresh rotis with minimal effort

Buying Rotimatic has been a wise decision. We get to relish fresh rotis everyday! I had an issue while connecting my machine with the wifi but, the customer support was quick to respond and help out! It’s such a relief for me to not worry about rolling out rotis and have them freshly served on a click of few buttons!

Rotimatic has been a boon overall

Rotimatic has been a boon overall. Getting fresh rotis for me and family with minimal effort on our side is a big help. Have been using it since Sept 2020. Couple of things we found a little inconvenient- the initial wifi setup(it runs on 2.4 Ghz and the router should be close to it at least for the initial setup) and the amount of noise it makes while running. One time we had a major problem that the Rotimatic was not starting at all after turning on. Not sure what the root cause but could have been me improperly switching between flours (Aata to Bajra). Luckily we were in warranty so Zimplistic replaced our refurbished Rotimatic without any charges . In general, the support team has been quite helpful in troubleshooting Wifi issues or other Rotimatic startup issues. Nowadays I almost always get all proper rotis. On rare occasions I get 1-2 small doughnut like roti or folded roti but the company provides some tips on how to avoid the same.
