订单未交付

我是26年7月2日下的单。我在 5.7.26 收到短信说订单延迟。这应该是来自 Waitrose 的点击提货订单。然后我在6、7、26收到一条消息说延迟了。从那以后我就再也没有任何的交流。我已经发送了一封电子邮件，但客户服务部门没有回复，我花了几个小时在聊天上等待转移到聊天机器人无法解决的客户服务部门。我对服务真的很失望，这真是一种耻辱，因为我喜欢这些产品。

不存在的客户服务以及无用的快递员（Evri）......

垃圾客服

我喜欢汗水贝蒂，但在线客户服务很糟糕！转移过程需要很长时间，而一旦你转移给某人，这个过程就会永远持续下去！ 30 分钟转接给某人，然后用 20 分钟来整理东西。她很活泼，但整个过程需要很长时间。他们显然在与你交谈的同时也在与其他人交谈。 这个客户服务计划是灾难性的。

糟糕的客户服务
