Many consumers truly appreciate the incredibly affordable prices and excellent overall value offered compared to alternative online shopping options currently available. From unhappy to Ecstatic
I had a bad experience with WhereLight and I had almost written them off when a lovely girl in customer service reached out to me to resolve the issue. Not only did she make up for the bad interaction but she then went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the end result. I went from disappointment to ecstatic getting a brand new pair of glasses that was better than I could have hoped for. I would highly recommend their glasses as well as their customer service support.

I love getting glasses from wherelight
I love getting glasses from wherelight! Most of my purchases have been amazing fit and beautifully, stylish Eyewear. A few have been too big and sludge off of my face, but that's on me, not considering the size when I order
I love my glasses

This is my second time ordering from here and each time I've ordered it haven't had any issues. My friends have started to order from here because they loved my glasses so much and the fact that they were prescription bifocals and you couldn't tell. And I will be ordering more really soon.
Horrible prescription glasses
Horrible prescription glasses! Made my vision worse! Meaning I couldn’t see out of my glasses! I am extremely disappointed and I don’t think I’m even going to get my money back! The English on their website for refunds is completely incorrect. I wish I never even used this website. My faith in getting good glasses from them is never. I want a FULL refund! This is a total scam! Rip off! Give me my money back and stop making prescription glasses!!!

Amazing
My experience is excellent. I wasn't feeling my pair of glasses I ordered a couple weeks ago, plus they gave me a headache for some reason, so Wherelight accommodated me and now these new glasses are literally so perfect. I can't thank them enough!
Cheap prices
Cheap glasses, shipping time not too long. Convenient for if you tend to break or lose pairs a lot.

My original order was delayed so the company reached out to me and offered me a free pair for the inconvenience. Definitely satisfied with the customer service and product!
Excellent customer service.
I’ve purchased several pairs of glasses from where light all the prescriptions have been accurate. The website is easy to use all my frames have fit like expected. The last pair I ordered I entered the prescription wrong and received an email. The problem was corrected. I will never order glasses anywhere else.
