This company is a spam. Please do not use! They will make you pay, and then in a few days give an excuse saying the supplier couldn’t ship to Singapore and then cancel your order and keep emailing to say you’ll get your refund, bear with us, blah blah and no news of the refund. We have flagged this item for review and alternative sourcing (it may take some time). This product might, however, may still be available for the merchant to ship to another country. Cancellation and Full Refund (if any). We will bear all the Cancellation Fees. (approved by mgr). Then the refund will not go into your bank account, the funds credited to your 1Outlets account which cannot withdraw out. Then when you try order for other items, same replied email from them.

I ordered pair of headset from this Company in november 2023 They told me They can't ship it to England I asked my money back. Now it's April. I still haven't got my money back. This company is fake, do not order. You won't get your money back.They are taking the pis All they do is send emails.

All the positive reviews are fake. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered an item which they then told me wouldn’t arrive for over 2 months so I cancelled the order. They then would not refund my money on only offered store credit. Awful service.

Don't be fooled by conversion to SGD
I was so happy to find a decent priced product on the website for 28.50 gbp. At the checkout, it had converted it to 60.80 SGD, so i went to google to check how much this was in GBP and found out it had inflated the cost by 25%. Why was no conversion rate explained? It only seems sneaky and absolutley set up to fool consumers into thinking they are getting it for the GBP price advertised. I shall now go elsewhere, as the price is now closer to a company that i feel I can trust.

After waiting over 2 months I have emailed about my product only to get a reply that it had to be cancelled. I asked to get my full refund back into my bank account and got an email back it will be refund into the store credit which I refused. I got an phone call from them saying it will take from 5-30 days to get my refund!!!! I said that they have 5 working days and after that I am reportig them to my bank as scammers and my bank will deal with them. I have paid £70 and some pennies and my refund was £68 wit some pennies. I know it's not much of a difference but it's still my money. Time wasters. Not recommend and I will never buy from you ever again.
