Knee scooter
They told me that I didn't have to be home for it. So I had to wait for 1 more day. The first thing they said that the script was missing that they didn't get, well I called and went to the office and they sent it. I went 12:30 pm on Monday, you call on Wednesday saying that the script was missing. Why wouldn't you call the office where I went. I would have gone somewhere else if I had my script. If anybody in my family gets hurt I will be going somewhere else. I will not shop local.

Worst Company Ever
Lots of unexpected billing issues well after services rendered. Difficult to get ahold of employees; they are unorganized and lack communication skills. I will NEVER do any business with this company again. Get it together!

My mother has Humana insurance, and unfortunately, we have no choice but to use AdaptHealth for her durable medical equipment (DME) needs. I wish I could give this company zero stars, but one star is the lowest rating available. Trying to reach a live person is nearly impossible. Phone calls are not returned, no matter how many messages are left. My mother's physician submitted an order for her DME equipment on June 26, and as of July 9, nothing has been delivered, nor has anyone from the company provided an update. When I was finally able to reach someone to inquire about the status of the order and requested to speak with a supervisor, I was assured that I would receive a return call. Unsurprisingly, that call never came. My heart goes out to the elderly individuals who do not have a family member or advocate to help them navigate this process. I can only imagine how many patients are falling through the cracks because of AdaptHealth's lack of communication and follow-through. Delays in providing medically necessary equipment can have serious consequences, and the level of customer service and accountability I have experienced is beyond deeply disappointing.

Just outstanding customer care and support. Kayla helped the gentleman in line ahead of me straighten out a problem very quickly and professionally. Then promptly took care of my needed oxygen supplies without missing a beat. Highly recommended.
I needed new supplies for my whole…
I needed new supplies for my whole house and portable oxygen machines. They were delivered the next day as scheduled. The order included two different filters. One was for the large whole house machine and it was the same aschine the one I had replaced a while back. The other one I assumed was for the portable machine and I opened it to see if there were any installation instructions. There were none, and I do not see how it would fit the machine. So I have a filter that has been opened but is not the proper filter. Does the Rythm Healthcare P2 have a filter that can be swapped for the one that was given to me? Will wait for your response.
