Worst customer service experience

I am writing this review out of sheer frustration after weeks of trying to get a straightforward answer from this company. The level of unprofessionalism and disorganization here is completely unacceptable. Here is a breakdown of my experience: Constant Harassment: I am being bombarded with non-stop communication via phone calls, emails, text messages, and physical mail. Zero Clarity: Despite the aggressive influx of messages, absolutely no one at this company can clearly explain what the issue is or what they need from me. The Runaround: It took me weeks just to finally get a human being on the phone. When I do manage to get through, I am passed around like a hot potato to multiple different people, only to have the call abruptly disconnected/hung up on. No Resolution: Even after weeks of exhausting effort, I am still completely in the dark because no one has the knowledge or willingness to clarify the situation. This is hands-down the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. If you value your time, sanity, and peace of mind, avoid dealing with this company.

Excellent Company …

Company called and texted me to verify all information, then they said someone would be delivering my wheelchair. They stayed in contact with me until I received the wheelchair. Wonderful experience! I recommend this company to everyone!

Adapt Health quality control and customer service

I am disappointed with AdaptHealth’s customer service and quality control. On Monday, I reported that the bed rails delivered with my hospital bed were unsanitary, arriving covered in rust, dirt, and residue. This condition is unacceptable for any patient, particularly those with health concerns or compromised immune systems. I provided photographs to document the issue. I made multiple calls and was informed that the local manager, Chris, in Charlotte, NC, would contact me. As of Thursday, I have not received any follow-up, apology, or explanation. Although a replacement bed rail was delivered today, the lack of communication and accountability remains concerning. Patients receiving durable medical equipment should expect clean, sanitized products and responsive customer service. A timely acknowledgment and apology would have been appropriate. This experience raises concerns about AdaptHealth’s quality standards and customer care. I hope the company addresses these issues to prevent similar situations for other patients.

I was so surprised while I was waiting…

I was so surprised while I was waiting for my husband to be brought out of surgery into his hospital room an Adapthealth representative arrived with a new walker that the surgeon requested. Told me my insurance had paid for it. Now I call that service!

Instructions and details of my new machine was thoroughly explained to me. I feel comfortable setting up and using it. The technician was very friendly and able to answer all my questions.

Completely impossible to work with

Completely impossible to work with. Lied telling me that they did not get the order from the doctor and prior authorization from my health insurance company. Dr sent out prescription 3 weeks ago and health insurance company does not need to authorize order. Have been giving me the run around to get a cpap mask replacement. Asking me for past sleep study, doctor notes etc... Wish I could go through a different vendor
