I am beyond satisfied with how my appointment went. I had a sitter cancel on me, so I had to bring the baby with me. I was late and my daughter demands a lot of attention. The doc made me at ease reassuring the minor tardy was ok. She then was able to give me perfect consultation... ALL WHILE PLAYING WITH MY BABY!!! I genuinely have never left a medical appointment feeling that good, She was truly amazing. I felt like she was family and we obviously just met. I am so grateful for the doc and Adapt Health

Julie was a great help and very pleasant to work with when she brought my new aff flow vest. She had everything she needed to get the job done. Was happy seeing her for a second time as Julie was the person I first met at the hospital when she made it a priority to deliver my bypass unit and explain how to hook up mask and use unit. Very sweet lady and I enjoyed making a new friend through this journey. Thanks Julie great job

Dr. John Redmond Orthopedic Surgeon .

Dr. Redmond and his team at Ascension St. Vincent South was very professional and absolutely wonderful! From Reception, Assistants, Nursing Staff, Patient transport, Therapist and Anesthesiologists, everyone was very thorough in explaining each aspect of my surgery. Totally unhappy

I have been a customer for 2 months. The first month was a complete disaster. Took three weeks and many phone calls to finally get my order, which was then incomplete. I had to purchase supplies through amazon because they obviously could not fill a prescription order that had insurance approval. Month 2 has been no better, they never contacted me to say they had a problem. I called them and they said I didn’t have insurance authorization, which I did. My insurance company got involved and today I received my INCOMPLETE order! When I called them they said it wasn’t approved by my insurance. I called my insurance company and again now they are going to send the rest of my medical supplies. So far I would give them zero stars. Horrible service, contradictory explanations and I am now a more than a week past needing my supplies.

I love Adapt Health

I love Adapt Health. From service through the initial phone call, placing service order, and delivery by the technicians; they are all proficient, helpful and friendly. Jess was very patient with my 94 yo mother. This was 2nd attempt having oxygen machine serviced; nurse said it was annoying and to report it. It beeped loudly very often when in use. Twice when the techs came, it didnt beep!! Jess even showed mom where the filter was. We have had it 2 years and no one ever showed us it had a filter!!! Thank you Jess, thank you telephone reps/call center, and thank you Adapt Health for taking care of your customers!!!

I was so stressed out with the…

I was so stressed out with the runaround I got on getting my oxygen right from the start at the sleep center I was a patient with and then I finally got a very special woman that explained in detail the steps I must take 1st to get the oxygen as I am on Medicare. Amy from West Virginia was absolutely an Angel, she answered my questions explicitly and clearly, with such a kind heart and after speaking to her I know things will be better for this old lady no matter what. Thank you so very much Amy, you are a sweetheart. ❤️
