Order was severely delayed. Finally got notice that order had shipped and four days later it was "undeliverable". One day after that my 2nd shipment that I place almost a month after the delayed one was delivered. Refund for the "undeliverable" one was partially given until I emailed asking about the delayed order when I was issued a store credit foe the rest of the balance. Unfortunately that does not replace the products I can no longer purchase nor the free sets that were used on the order. Very disappointed in customer service and how I was treated as a repeat customer and an almost $300 order.

I love the bras and matching panties set. But I do not like when you have a BoGo sale. Bogo mean buy 1 set get 1 free but everytime I try it says I have to buy another pair to get 1 free. I have been satisfied with Adore Me. I love that they offer free shipping/exchanges/returns. Shipping is fast. The credit never expires and I can pause my subscription when I get overloaded with intimates.

Some of it was the wrong size. Some of it just wasn’t my style. Then there were two bra and panties sets that I kept but after wearing the second set I have found it to be a bit too big. Maybe I need to try a size smaller
