I love the privacy. Anytime I've had to speak to some over the phone they have been so friendly. I do wish the diapers were better. they leak and don't fit very well. Over all a pleasant experience!

The products I have had the opportunity to try have shown fantastic results. Even after needing to go to smaller size 'underpants' the customer service was above nice and understanding. Despite the fact none of the local pharmacies were interested in a consistent $150 monthly profit, Aeroflow in another state was willing & able to get pull ups & bed pads drop shipping to my doorstep regularly, entirely covered by Medicaid/Medicare/any insurance company. I had no issues getting my supplies until my Medicaid Insurance ended when my Medicare and Supplemental Part C SNP Coverage began. I don’t understand why this isn’t covered through my supplemental Medicare coverage! It seems that things like this should be covered through this program. Especially for people who are elderly or disabled on a fixed income!
