Anytime I talk to anyone on the phone, Everyone is always so super nice. I have never had a bad experience with Aeroflow. We are having problems trying to find a correct size right now and they are being so patient, and understanding. I am so glad that this is the company that we get his incontinent supplies through. Thank you for having the best customer service hands down.

Took forever to find the right product for me, then you discontinued it. Again, Took quite awhile to find another product. But they are cheaply made. Very disappointing. I would switch companies if it wasn't such a pain!

Everything is great the representatives and everything the product sometimes isn't 100% of the par on the bladder pads sometimes the elastic is not sewn in on one side so it shifts but other than that it's a great product

Good experience
Great experience, so grateful for all of the products (diapers, pads for the bed, gloves) you guys help with each month - only thing I would maybe consider is higher quality diapers - or a size between 4/5t and youth small. But other than that, we can actually get through a month and not worry about falling behind on that. Thank you!!
