My car battery died on my return. Before calling roadside service I tried the hotel for help. They sent a maintenance guy out. He charges me $15 for a jump with his little charger he had ready. I asked if it’s the hotel policy to charge or his - he said it’s his. Then the gate ticket I had wanted another $44 to let me exit and I had to ask for more help.

Price is great value. The process to enter the parking lot and register with the front desk was not clear. Nor was the process to exit the parking lot.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I called less than 1 minutes after booking because it changed 11:45p to 12:00 am and would make changes. It was your system and i called quickly. It didn’t make sense and with the additional day added I did not need it was the same price as parking at the airport !

We have used this site before and found it to be very user friendly. The check-in and departure from hotel parking has been seamless. Having a hotel shuttle to the airport is a big plus. Definitely saves $$$ as well!

Going to the airport was a breeze. But returning the driver was not pleasant AT ALL. I'm not sure how we didn't notice it going but coming back i noticed the shuttle was the most worn and ragged I have ever seen. Most I the chairs wear broken. And had not been repaired or removed from the shuttle. But besides that everything else went smoothly.
