I had to cancel my reservation

I had to cancel my reservation. I emailed and got a response back within a short amount of time letting me know my reservation was canceled and I would be refunded minus the service fee I was aware of.

Overall good experience

Pick up from the airport took an hour. Otherwise shuttle to the airport was timely. Parking total was $37 from Wednesday to Saturday…Awesome!

Do not use this service!!!…

There was no driver available to pick us up. The first time we called, she lied and said someone was on the way, we waited by the purple pillars the entire time, and nobody came for an hour. Finally, we Uber back to our car we will not use this parking service again and would not recommend it to anybody. We may as well have just paid to stay at the airport.

Delay for picking up at the airport

I called the hotel from he airport as soon as I arrived, they told me that they’ll be there 30 minutes. 40 minutes passed and no shuttle came. I called again and they transfer me to another person, then to an answer machine, then they hang up on me. Finally after one hour waiting in the cold weather the shuttle arrived.

Important to find safe parking

The reservation was easy to make and they were help when I called to ask a question, unfortunately I have to cancel my reservation, my Husband passed away Nov 24th and my plans have changed, I am so sorry I was looking forward to the trip.
