My reservation was cancelled by EZpark one day before our scheduled flight. It unexpectedly left us scrambling to find parking.

Very convenient; just disagree with hotels spiking up prices around the holidays as always. Other than that, I’ve had good experiences.

Always an easy experience every time we utilize this service. I’ve been parking at the Radisson for a few years now and never had any problems. Absolutely love it and will continue to use this service for years to come.

Wouldn’t recommend

Wouldn’t recommend. I was not parked on the lot the entire reservation, the day i picked up my car I was told to reach out to the company to get a refund, which i did. i reached out before the reservation was supposed to end. I am now being told that because i didn’t reach out the day i picked my car up, i am not entitled to a refund. No where on my receipt does it say there is a timeline. Also, if this company is working with a car lot, they should have tighter knowledge of cars that are coming in and out. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t use again. I understand the company is saying terms and policies, however, if you provide me a receipt for my purchase, i’m reading what is on the receipt. which ONLY says to contact you if the event of an itinerary change.

It was fairly easy to navigate thru the purchase of the parking period. I really don't like that if I misplace my paperwork that I will have to pay again when I arrive. I hope that I don't loose the paperwork. There is one thing that I noticed. When I booked, I received an automatic confirmation which said I had 6 days of parking while my dates were for 7 days. I was going to call the next day to question this. However, I received an email receipt later that showed 7 days of parking. So I did not call for any clarification. Maybe you should check into this so other customers don't experience the same concern that I had. Looking forward to my time in New Orleans and the cruise. Regards,. Robert F. Sedman
