easy registration; ease of parking at hotel with shuttle service great. conveinient locations for parking near airport. However, on the return trip the shuttles stopped at 5pm and a taxi head to be utilized costing an additional 15$ to go less than 1 mile. There is also an increase of cost to park during holiday times.

We are so sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced upon returning to your car. However, it clearly states on our website that the shuttle that the TYS Courtyard stops running at 5PM. As for the holiday rates, the hotels decide how much we charge for parking and we have to control over that aspect. Despite this, we hope you park with us again on your next trip!! We paid for a parking reservation at a parking company near the Jacksonville, Florida airport. Upon arrival we found there was no spot. Apparently, there was no communication between you and the company, Park EZ Fly, at 1759 Airport Road, Jacksonville, FL! We eventually found a spot at a nearby hotel, but we feel that your company is essentially a scam! My husband called the number listed on the email you sent us which did not go to the actual parking location, but back to your company. He was reassured that we would have a space. How could you do this without checking with the actual parking place, Park EZ Fly?

We are very sorry to hear of this situation. Unfortunately, we are only given a select number of spots at Park EZ Fly per our contract with them. When all of our allotted spots are booked on our website they are listed as sold out, even though they may have more spots open at the actual lot. Park EZ Fly may have contracts with other companies like us as well as people paying to park as they arrive. In this instance it seem the parking lot may have over booked itself without our company selling out of our allotted parking spots. Again we sincerely apologize for the trouble and inconvenience.

After landing at the airport, I called the hotel SEVEN (7) TIMES to get a status on the shuttle, but no one answered. After waiting close to 40 minutes and seeing some airport shuttles come through multiple times, I had to pay to get my daughters and myself back to the hotel. When I informed the supervisor on duty of what happened, she simply replied that she was too busy to answer the phone. When I asked her about the shuttle, she seemed completely disinterested. NOW ... the hotel manager informed me that since I booked the parking with a third party, there is nothing he can do. UNACCEPTABLE!!! I would have given a rating of "negative stars" if I could ... :-(

Reservation was easy! I've not personally used before but friends and relatives have. I knew I needed to give plenty of time since Nashville is a busy airport. I found just what I needed.
