Great service and very convenient
Great service and very convenient. Once we retrieved our baggage we called the Embassy Suites and our driver arrived within 10 minutes. It was 7 degrees and he grabbed our gas and took care of everything. A very friendly conversant likable guy. And when we got to the hotel parking lot, he drove straight to the back of our car and said, “pop your trunk” and he loaded our bags into it so we wouldn’t have to be out in the cold any longer than necessary! Will definitely use them again.

I had a problem only once when the hotel shuttle instead of going straight to the airport went to some other hotels to pick up people and due to that I had to miss my flight. Other than that I never had any issue and I have recommended many family and friends for this site

The experience being shuttled from the parking spot to the airport was great. The experience coming back was miserable. We waited for two hours for the shuttle at the airport. The lady driving the shuttle was very rude. The experience was not the best I will in the future use the services, but with a different shuttle/hotel.
Easy breezy and affordable!

It was a very fairly priced service
It was a very fairly priced service. My only complaint was that the receipt noted the shuttle ran 24/7 every 30 minutes. In reality, you must call the hotel to request pickup. We waited 30 minutes before calling, But they were there 5 minutes later!
