Ask me again after I actually use the service
I bought this well in advance and haven't even actually used the service yet. This was my second reminder to rate them, so I guess I'll do it now and give a neutral result.

I had great customer service regarding an error in parking days
I made a parking reservation and ended up with the wrong number of parking days. I left a message regarding the error and a day later, my parking stay was adjusted to the correct number of days. I also received a call from the parking office letting me know that they had corrected the initial parking days error that I made. I thought that was great customer service.

Everything went smoothly
Everything went smoothly. This was a last minute switch as the hotel we were staying at no longer had a shuttle available at the time we needed. Used this to book another place to park instead of at the airport.
