Very disorganized and stolen gas

Very disorganized, When we all called to tell them we had arrived they only sent one bus and there were at least five of us that called. They should have sent at least two buses. I don’t know how it happened but I when I left my Highlander there I had a half of tank of gas. When I got back into my car I was on empty. I am not saying the people who allowed me to park my car on their lot did this but it happened in their lot and these sorts of things should not happen. Who was supposed to be securing our vehicles? I will not be parking at this lot ever again.

Would recommend, allow extra time

Positives: Parking was available Car was safe Shuttle to airport was good and timely Negatives: Check-in / Check-out confusing Shuttle from airport was slow and had low communication I would park here again.

Easy web site to use

Easy web site to use. Prices are better than most parking sites. The only drawback is you have to print your page to show to the parking place. Not always easy to do when at a hotel. Also some parking places don’t even look at the papers. It would be easier if you could show your reservation from your phone.
