I like all the information. The part that I didn’t like was after initial order there were too many additional options. Haven’t even got the first order to see if I liked them/worked and inundated with more offers. Too overwhelming for me. I sincerely hope the product does help me.

Not happy with all the "add ons". Almost canceled my order

I just ordered the insoles and I did do the first upgrade for extra cushion, but my thought on the upgrades, I was under the impression that these insoles were great just the way they advertised them, my concern is, if the insoles are already great the way they are, why do you need upgrades. I hope they work and help my foot, leg, knee & back pain. I will be disappointed if they don’t work, tired of being hopeful that something will help and then be a big let down!!

There are to many add on's. Because you offer all the additional things it started to make me believe that the product you offered was not good, that you needed "extras" to enhance the performance. You should just add all those things to begin with and sell for a higher price if you believe in your product.
