Albert genius auto charged my card for a subscription I had somehow signed up for. Initially they said they were unable to help me get my money back, but upon talking with a human, they issued my money back with no problem at all. I am so happy. Very disappointed with this service
Very disappointed with this service. I was charged for a subscription that I never intentionally signed up for and never used. The billing process is confusing, and it’s unacceptable to charge customers for a service they don’t actively use. I have contacted support and requested a refund. I hope the company resolves this issue quickly, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Albert has been the best credit builder application ever
I am giving it a try
Absolute nightmare!
Created an account but then I couldn’t log in. They had my email as valid but wouldn’t recognize my password. I tried resetting it and I got no codes to login or change. I tried multiple times and it locked me out. I sent emails to their support and got no reply back. I deleted the account. I just saw they still took out the monthly fee from my account anyway. I’ve had no transact with them. I’ve sent more emails to their support to delete this account and still no reply. There’s no actual person to talk to for customer service and if I can’t access the account, then I can’t do a chat. If I have to dispute the charge through the bank I will, which is a major inconvenience to me. My experience was horrible! Do not recommend!

I have been using Albert for years. I initially got it for its cash advance feature and it has been great for keeping my afloat. I appreciate the Albert banking and financial building aspect as well. I am not the best at being financially smart but Albert has helped me a lot over the years with building better habits. Customer support is also always incredibly responsive and helpful when I need them. I highly recommend this app!
