Stay away from this company!! I canceled my subscription and have not used or had access to my account since last year, yet they continued charging me $19.99. I tried every email I could think of and none were associated with an active account. I contacted Albert, and they claimed they found an active account and said they could close it once I withdrew the remaining $1.00. I did so, but they refused to refund the most recent $19.99 charge for a service I haven’t used or had access to. I even got an entirely new debit card that Albert had never been given, and they were STILL able to charge my bank account. My bank couldn’t stop the charges either. Extremely disappointed with how this was handled. I would not recommend this company. I am also closing my bank account tonight so no further charges persist.

Very convenient
Very convenient! Kind of got hooked until my accounts kept deactivating. It was a pain to wait for a new connection for debit cards for accounts I previously used.

Scam - Dont remember signing up for it
Dont remember signing up for it. Charged $19.99 monthly at first then jacked the price up to $39.99 monthly without explanation. I only found out I was paying for it because I randomly saw it post on my banking app. I only found out about the price change because apparently I have been paying this scam for 3 months. Also refused to refund the pending charge. I got nothing out of this company.

Disappointed in Albert software
I realized yesterday that Albert had been withdrawing funds from a bank I seldom use. I let them know I did not approve this. So I canceled the subscription. I find that today they pulled the money from another bank they had access to for monitoring my expenses. Now I have to dispute this withdrawal even though they say they don’t refund. I will be removing access to all my accounts.
