If I could give them negative stars I would. They offer cash advance and make you link your account before they give you all the details which makes it useless if your in immediate need. It offers you subscriptions and when you decline it adds you to a $19.99 monthly plan automatically and does its best cover it up. It doesn't email you a confirmation of this, if it does it's buried in the activation emails somewhere and I still can't find it. Then it doesn't remind you that it's being debited. So it hides the fee and takes it out before you can deactivate. Then, when you ask for help it's a canned AI response just saying there are no refunds. I sent customer service an email asking it to point out where I can find the $19.99 charge in the sign up process/emails and it's an AI responding and not answering the question. It's a total scam is what it is.

kept charging a monthly subscription i never signed up for. i didn’t notice and was charged 3x. i linked my bank account when i created an account but decided against continuing but they automatically signed me into their plan without any kind of email confirmation. super scammy

No customer service the number they give will direct you on how to send an email.charges for subscriptions you don't have. No options in ap to cancel said subscriptions. The worst company ever.
