What people say

The amount of borrow changes…

The amount of borrow changes drastically. $25 from $500. If an emergency comes up- and you need to borrow- it would be nice to know approximately what is available. This is the only payday loan that doesn’t stay remotely close to the same borrow limit. People shouldn’t rely on these loans- but if something unexpected comes up- you shouldn’t have to guess if your only going to be eligible $25 when the last 3 times you were eligible for $500.

If I could give a sub-zero rating I…

If I could give a sub-zero rating I would. Albert is the worst ai experience one could ever have! It forced me into a so-called "Genius" subscription just so that I could move forward, and then it wanted me to create a direct deposit to ALBERT instead of to my financial institution. When I attempted to deactivate my "Genius" subscription, it kept giving me nonsense that led no where at all. The instructions were WRONG (I took screen shots all along the way) and after several HOURS of struggling to simply cancel the account, I was unsuccessful and made a complaint to the California Financial Regulators office as well as to the California Attorney General. The Albert app and the website are deeply troubled, and now they have all my personal information. I have gone into my Plaid account and revoked permission for Albert to use the platform to take money from my bank account. Albert is FAR BEYOND Ridiculous! BEWARE!

Impossible to cancel subscription.

Impossible to cancel subscription. Moved my money without my consent. Requiring me to link a bank account and provide government ID to cancel a subscription is wild and likely illegal. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
