Albert is what’s called Pro in all ramifications
Smooth experience for someone who is not tech savvy
Was good when I needed it but because u closed my banking account I called to get my albert account closed.. year later I started reviving money in the account again and they took out money. When I asked why after I called to get my account closed they said they didn't have it on file and I couldn't be refunded. So because customer service didn't close it like they said I couldn't be refunded after but putting money in it for over an year! Kind of shady

🚨VERY DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES🚨 Many of these reviews are fraudulent. Albert will lure you into trying to get a cash advance, in order to access your banking account numbers. As others have echoed, they very sneakily and fraudulently try to sign you up, without your consent, for their egregious subscription model, often without you ever knowing or agreeing to it. Suddenly, one to two years after not being approved for an advance, they randomly try to charge your account $20 stating that you have subscribed to them, even if you've had no dealings with them, aside from seeing if you can get an advance. They will make it almost impossible for you to cancel their fake subscription that you never agreed to and they will refuse to give you a refund of the money they, essentially, stole, from you account. It is ironic that Trust Pilot cannot be trusted on reviews. Check other review sites for Albert, they are 1 star & many people across the web deeply caution against ever getting involved with them. Also- they are a "financial institution" with no phone number to speak to a human representative which is completely unprofessional and amateur. It seems their "customer support" is actually just various AI chat bots. This is a very unethical company. Buyer Beware.

I have requested them to stop charging me multiple times. They wont stop. I am reporting them for fraud and disputing all charges. I gave ample opportunity to rectify and all they do is lie and keep on. I have absolutely had it. Pathetic scam of a company. I have never even used this one time. I will get all refunds don't worry. Edited review to add this response since they responded with their lies: I have in fact already emailed you guys many times and all you do is play silly games which is why I told you guys I will just have the bank dispute ALL charges. I specifically have been contacting you guys via email for months going round and round never to get anywhere. You keep charging me for something I have never used. Ever.

They handle problems really fast really appreciate this app
Love the app. I’ve been using it for a year now and it continues to impress me.
Great experience!! flexible payment options
Be careful about how you give your checking account access to these people. They will sweep your account for every penny you owe them until the advance is fully repaid. They took $1.19 from my account only because that was the balance. After making a small deposit of only $14.00, within minutes they withdrew the exact amount I deposited. They will be repaid 100% of what is owed after my next deposit occurs. One you give them access to your account, you will have trouble blocking access.

Scam ‼️ scam ❌ be careful scam This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a financial app. The advertising makes it seem like you can qualify for a loan of up to $10,000, but after completing the entire application, that was not my experience. It felt like the offer was only there to attract users. The app does not give you a clear option to decline terms or optional services. The only obvious way to move forward is by tapping Accept, making it feel like you have no real choice if you want to continue. There is no clear Skip button or way to opt out during the process. After I decided I no longer wanted to use the app, I discovered there was no simple way to cancel my membership, remove my linked bank account, or delete my account from within the app. Instead, I had to contact customer support just to close my account and request deletion of my personal data. No phone number to call or contact either
