This was my second time using AlignerCo being that I lost my retainer some years back. They have come along way in their process and technology. The addition of the video session has been really nice. Loooking forward to starting the process again. I was happy with my first treatment but unfortuanley i lost my retainers

The process was pretty simple for the impressions but if i did not do the call for assistance it would have been easy to mess up. Would prefer a little more direction after order is placed but overall good experience

was nervous doing the video sessions but is definitely needed especially when i failed miserably doing it on my own. Both Brian and Alan helped me get my impressions done and sent me new putties from my failed attempts to do it on my own.
