Arrived very quickly but unfortunately I had to return as they were too big. They promptly sent a smaller size but they too I walked out of. I have several pairs of Allbirds so I know my size , but sadly this pair didn't work out.
The only issue preventing me giving 5 stars was the way my parcel was delivered. The shoe box had no additional protection so when received it looked like it had been sat on and the paper sticker seal was torn so the slippers could easily have been stolen. While I get this method is a very green, if it didn’t protect th expensive goods inside, what is the point.
I really appreciate the ethical credentials and ethos of the brand. I’ve now purchased three products from their range and these latest shoes are an absolute winner for me. Durable, smart enough for work and crucially, comfortable from the first use. I’m looking forward to wearing them through the winter months to see how they perform.

They’re like walking on clouds, supportive and breathable. Perfect for long days on your feet, travel, or just everyday wear. The customer service is genuinely second to none. Quick replies, helpful team, zero fuss. The brand ticks every box: comfort, quality, sustainability and brilliant service. We’ll definitely be back for more. Five stars all the way!
