I ordered blank T-shirts and had a good experience with the pricing, quality, and delivery time (7 days after placing the order). As others have mentioned, their customer service is not good. I emailed them to ask a *simple* question *before* placing my order, and the response I got was basically a non-answer. I found the answer to my question by searching online. What a professional company! They get your items ready and shipped on time; but the ace in the hole for them is how so affordable they are. My only qualm is my t-shirts were shipped in the box without being packaged individually/collectively in plastic bags.
