Your delivery estimates are totally bogus. My order was waiting for shipping pick up for almost 2 weeks with no change of status and your customer service had no idea what the issue was.

Customer Service great. Product…meh.

AllModern was very quick to respond to an issue with my kitchen island and sent a replacement. Easy process and no phone call was necessary. Hence the 4 stars. The product…not so great. Tabletops are made from cheap wood. Both had scratches and a split on the edge which may or may not become a problem. The wood pieces that make up the body are made from probably pressboard or something similar. The back panel on one almost looked split or crushed and when I was assembling, just the tightening of the screw caused one shelf to split all along the edge. Drawer slides are cheap and the drawer feels loose. It wobbles back and forth as you open and close it.

I ordered a lively outdoor seating set

I ordered a lively outdoor seating set. It arrived quickly. Sadly I had an issue with one piece. Customer Service was the best I have ever encountered! They understood the photograph immediately and replaced the one chair — in time for an event! Loyalty deserved!

Shipping Carrier NOT GOOD

The Delivery service was poor. When they delivered they did not knock on our door or ring bell. It was left in the hallway. The packaging was dented all over - the mirror frame was damaged in one corner - I took photos to show but no one responded to me.

Buyer be aware

When a product lacks a proper color description and the consumer is forced to use a picture as a guide for choice, then the product shows up totally the wrong color, the company should refund you in full and NOT make you pay to ship the product back. I understand computers may show varying color shades, but this product shows to be taupe or concrete gray with dark antique looking hardware, and the actual product is silver, true shiny silver, this is misleading and false advertising. In our case, one box hasn't even been opened and the other was only unpackaged to see the actual product, but I am required to pay 85.00 to ship them back. I was also not happy with the quality as there was metal falling out of the one nightstand and the joints on the corners are separated. Either way, I am done purchasing from All Modern or Wayfair anymore due to lack of proper descriptions and making me pay for return shipping when they don't even give you a proper description of color choices, except when describing the white. Not too hard to get that one wrong.

Great furniture helpful service

Salespeople are friendly and helpful but not at all pushy. Prices are very reasonable. Furniture is good quality
