I ordered a circuit board for a customer of mines door opener. The board came and I installed ir. Board would.not accept remote codes. I called AllSecirity Equipment back to sent bad board back and was told since it was I installed they cannot take it back. The board wad bad before it got to me. I've been in this business for 40 years. Never have I've been scammed so bad. So they can send you a bad board and do nothing about it when you have a issue. Avoid at all costs. You will be sorry.

didn't realize this was not on the shelf and ready to deliver you told us it would be here mid june, its july 6 and just now being shipped we finished this job a month ago doing it a different way, now i have a roll of wire not being used

Very slow shipping. It’s just one small item. why did it take these many days? There should have been better communication about how long it would take to fulfill the purchase. The quality of the product is not jthe issue. The suspenders are robust and I expect they’ll last a long time.
