No response or call back, no way to track my order.
I do not understand how this company can have so many 5 star reviews. I have tried calling and texting and have yet to have any sort of reply or response. I placed an order for my dog and did not realize it would take this long to get the order processed and shipped. There is no way to look up the order number on their website. They mention on there to text or call them but still no reply. I am tired of my dog suffering from his anxiety episodes. I have acquired his medication from elsewhere in hopes that I can get it ASAP. I do wish I could just cancel my order.

I have never had a bad experience with this company!. Their customer service is fabulous and the bogos & specials help me afford everything I need! I’ve noticed the turmeric has been helping me not get sick as often since I work with Kids. And the magnesium and the INOSITOL helped tremendously with my sleep.!!

I ordered a couple of weeks ago. It's still not here. I called the listed phone number after trying to contact USA through the email and discovered that their email account is not monitored. The phone number does not accept voice calls, only text messages. I have not received a response from them by text or any other means as of today. As of today, I do not know where my order is but I know where my money went.
