In December 2025, I became a victim of identity and credit fraud. My restoration representative, Deja Cunningham, assisted me in minimizing the damage done by the fraudster and enabling protections to better safeguard my identity going forward. She remained committed to my case with a fierce, but respectable tenacity. She scheduled weekly check-in meetings and supported me on calls with the banks to get ALL the fraudulent accounts closed. Over about a 3-month period, Deja helped me get through all the frustrations the fraudster caused. I'm grateful to have had Allstate Identity Protection to help through this experience.

Akif was great in handling my case. He was able to resolve my issue quickly. He was very professional throughout the entire process and showed a lot of patience when we kept getting disconnected with the bank/credit representative. I have been satisfied with Allstate Identity Protection and my interactions with the company since being a member. I set up to receive alerts of credit activity and they are provided very quickly in the event of any activity. I recently had my identity compromised and quickly called in to start a case. All associates were very helpful and had a sense of urgency. My restoration specialist, Ana Bustos, quickly took action and was empathetic to my situation.
