Great Customer Service! I went to visit the Almy store and their COVID safety measures were wonderful. We were greeted and helped with our every need. It was helpful to get measured and try things on. If you're able to visit, do so. If you can't, definitely call and speak to a representative. I will definitely be back!
Really cool liturgical face masks, look great, well made. Our Rector loves them.
I have made multiple orders and they have always been handled professionally. My order has always been shipped and received in a timely manner. I have order tab collared clerical shirts and I like the fact you supply an extra collar a the look of the collar flows better than other shirts I have purchased from other companies.
There was an issue with my payment method and a very nice lady dealt with it until we could straighten it out.
Alb was exactly as pictured, great quality, light but crisp cotton. Arrived quickly.
The staff was helpful and the products were received in a timely manner.
Catalog is extensive, prices seem fair, and delivery was quicker than promised. Recipient was very happy
The quality of Almy fabric is outstanding. When I placed my order for fabric for a stole, I was unsure the amount of fabric I needed. I would have liked to talk to someone who could have helped me. Turns out I ordered a yard and have enough fabric for 4 stoles. All of my orders for church supplies have been filled quickly and accurately.
Easy order. Quick shipping. Great Packing. Always a superb product!
My order arrived very promptly, beautifully made and well fitting. Just what I needed.
We are a long time customer in CA and have always had the best service, whether for a unique order, a quick order, or invoice question. Their products are beautifully made and top quality. A shoutout to Connie who taught me so much about design and measurements.
Almy is always responsive and helpful with my orders. They provide ready assistance and cordial happy interaction with my special orders. I’ve only had one issue with a mis-stitched product, and I continue to use them again and again.
The Material makes is feel comfortable and service was excellent
Our Seminarian Lay Committee ordered a gift certificate as a farewell gift to our outstanding seminarian. She was thrilled with this gift and didn't miss a beat to tell us exactly what she needed to purchase from CM Almy. We were delighted that we decided on a gift certifcate, thanks to the suggestion from the Rector. Our goal was to give her a gift she will always have to remember us. The website ordering process is easy to use. A separate email to CM Almy allowed us to receive the gift certificate quickly via email rather than through USPS. It would be even easier if the website offered a check box on the order form for email delivery of the certificate. The certifcate was well designed and allowed for a great deal of personalization. We would definitely use this in the future for gifts to our seminarians.
CM Almy never disappoints with the quality of their products, their attention to detail, and their customer service. There's really no where else to shop for our church community.
Almy is fast, reliable, and reasonably priced. I buy most of my clergy shirts here and all of my vestments, such as albs, cassocks, and surplices. Recently bought the garment bag, which is sturdy and will last a lifetime. Even that, monogrammed, arrived swiftly. Customer service is so responsive, too.
I received my order very quickly. Everything went smoothly.
Always a quick, speedy checkout process. Top-notch customer service!
