I had trouble creating an account…

I had trouble creating an account on-line, so I called the number and spoke with customer service and made the order over the phone. The order was delivered in a timely manner and I appreciated being able to talk with knowledgeable staff. Thank you, I will use this company again.

Almy is tops

This is my 3rd dealings with Almy. Each episode has been excellent. My most recent episode was with a young lady, Rachele. The item that was needed involved going beyond the normal catalog listings. Rachele patiently listened to my ideas and together we accomplished the item. She has just informed me that my order will be finished earlier than we thought. Praise to Almy for such a dedicated employee.

Our church had ordered some oil for the candles years ago but through a 3rd party vendor. My customer service representative suggested that I needed to set up an account directly with CM Almy. So in no time she had me all set up and my order placed. So very helpful and with my best interest in mind. When my order came she had also included a catalog of their products. Couldn't have asked for a nicer representative for CM Almy. I am very satisfied.

The baptismal candles arrived ahead of time and in pristine condition. Since our church is very small, it would be nice if the candles were available in smaller packages! These should last us 25 years or more!!

Good, but room for improvement

Almy is a great resource for many of my clerical and ministerial needs. I do appreciate their vestment quality, but I would love to see more creativity and diversity in their catalog. Additionally, the website could use some updating and smoothing as not all products are visible online and some services aren't available either. Further, I've had difficulty with their sizing rubrics and found that I could not fully rely on them. That being said, Almy's customer service took care of me quite well which makes all the difference.

As I live in a small town

As I live in a small town, I am also an hour and a half drive away from Church Providers. The quality of Almy is quite consistent. To order from Almy saves me time and expense. I preach now as a supply pastor, being retired. Finding things via catalog, or online, is a service I appreciate.

We have ordered ALL of my husband's liturgical clothing and vestments from Almy. Some orders by phone and others online. The ordering was easy, individuals on the phone were knowledgeable and helpful. Ours is a small parish and the quality and price make priest and sanctuary items obtainable.
