They wouldn't let me remove liability…
They wouldn't let me remove liability coverage for a vehicle that is registered as "Non-Op". It is stored inside a building and doesn't even have an engine in it. I wanted to keep theft and damage coverage, but they stated it was "against their policy". I guess they wouldn't make enough money to be worth it to them.

The CSR was excellent, very professions and spoke clearly and enunciated very well.
Can't say the same for your automated phone program. It was pathetic. Poorly designed and performed very bad. Needs help.

Not interested in retaining my business
I'd been a customer for a year and they were apparently not interested in retaining my business. My policy lapsed while I was in the process of getting a new appraisal for my collection. When I tried to renew it I got an email from Charity Ingram telling me to call to reinstate it. When I did there was no option to speak to a human about reinstatement or any option about reinstating a lapsed policy. I wrote back to Charity Ingram asking what extension or menu choice to use for this and never got a reply. I went elsewhere and got a new policy at a competitive price.
