Things are thrown out there to fast. I feel I did absolutely understand every part of my insurance coverage. I ended up having to call back to straighten out the deductible I wanted 500 deductible but was not told that it was 2500 and only changed if I did it myself. I guess I should have looked up the coverage on my own before calling.
